A perfect 10/10! With exactly 10 ingredients, this recipe is a easy to remember to make. In this recipe, I’m sharing one of my secret ingredients that will taste the way you make guacamole forever. The twist of Chaat masala brings a tangy flavor that is heavenly. It’s tangy, it is spicy, and it’s the perfect addition to a summer barbecue.

To make a perfect Guac, there are simple key ingredients you can miss: just ripe avocados, freshly squeezed limes, and Fresh cilantro. To keep it tasting even more delicious, be careful not to over mix, as you still want to taste some chunks!

Serving Size: 5 people

Prep time: 20 minutes

Cook time: 0 minutes

Total time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. 5 Avocados cut in half (keep seeds on the side)

  2. 1 small Roma tomato diced small

  3. Cilantro chopped

  4. 1 purple onion diced

  5. 1 tbsp Sriracha

  6. 2 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice

  7. 1 jalapeño diced small (remove seeds to make less spicy)

  8. Salt

  9. Pepper

  10. 1 tsp Shaan chaat masala (Can use Trader Joes Chili Lime mix if no access to Chaat masala)

Instructions:

  1. Throw in all diced vegetables together and spices

  2. Add halved avocados, and smash together with a fork (careful not to over mash). I find using a fork more useful since you can control how much is mashed better

  3. Add cilantro and seeds of Avocados to keep from browning

  4. Keep in an airtight container and try to serve immediately

Enjoy!
